Does she sleep through?
A classic question that make parents feel like a failure.
I hate this question and it’s even worse when you’re a sleep consultant with a baby. People assume that the only right answer can be ‘yes – she’s great and sleeps 12 hours at night,’ and that anything less is a huge failure.
Finally we have some nice weather and we are now all complaining it is too hot, plus worrying about what our babies should sleep in! Keeping your baby sleeping safely in hot weather is essential. You are probably quite experienced in getting the temperature right using a baby sleeping bag for our normal temperatures but here are a few tips to manage the summer heat.

All children from babies to teenagers (and even most adults!) thrive on having a routine and predictability around their sleeping patterns, but that routine isn’t the same for every family. Routines can differ greatly and, ultimately, any routine you choose has to be based on whether it works for your family. Sadly, the addition of a bath, story and warm drink isn’t going to be the answer to most sleep issues!
